Responsible for leading the HR workstream during enterprise transformation, managing project plans, timelines, risk, and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.
Requires 5-10 years of project management experience, with a focus on HR, enterprise change, and software development projects. Skills in financial/risk management, Agile, and tools like Workday and Clarity PPM are preferred.
Must be a proactive leader with strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills. PMP certification is preferred.
Competitive hourly rate of $60-$70/hr on W2, with benefits offered. Candidate must work on a W2 basis and be willing to support large-scale, agile transformation projects.
