Pay Range: $26/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Partners with HR Leaders and Cross-Divisional Leaders, Legal and SMEs to successfully fulfill record requests, resolve questions/concerns in a timely and expeditious manner.
- Provide execution support to ad-hoc requests for special projects and urgent updates/changes to our business.
- Primary Duties/Responsibility
- Actively work the with Client technology platform as the case management tool used to receive and respond to record requests, employee questions and issues/escalations daily.
