Key Responsibilities:

Drive projects/ tasks in service of improvement of Time & Attendance Processes at the site;Drive projects related to streamlining and harmonizing I-9 processCreate SOPs and build T&A capabilities within site for managers to own and drive the processDevelop and standardize local processes around Leave Management, Time & Attendance and Absenteeism ManagementWork with leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels in the org to drive projects and focus areas

Requirements:

Data and Analytics- Proficient in working with various People data and metrics and deriving insights into trends and causalities to eliminate losses; High Proficiency in MS ExcelRoot Cause Mindset- Ability to analyze problems down to the root cause and balance between immediate fixes and developing long term systemic solutions to frequently occurring problemsprocesses and enhance our capabilities.Stakeholder Engagement- Ability to influence and engage all relevant stakeholders to identify key drivers and enroll in action plans information.
