Human Resources & Payroll + Retail + Omaha

This is a highly visible role that blends strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on payroll administration. The right person will be approachable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy connecting with employees at all levels of the organization.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead day-to-day human resources operations across multiple locations
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations, engagement, and workforce initiatives
  • Manage onboarding and new hire processes
  • Oversee payroll processing on a biweekly basis
  • Support retirement plan administration and employee benefits programs
  • Lead recruitment efforts for management and leadership-level positions
  • Visit company locations to build relationships and support local teams
  • Ensure HR and payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and employee-focused
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees throughout the organization

What Theyre Looking For

  • Experience in both Human Resources and payroll administration
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively with employees in a variety of roles and locations
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Professional written communication skills
