Salary Range: $20 - $24/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Information Process Enabler. This role is critical in managing and analyzing data, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting HR functions. The ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS systems and a strong analytical background.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with case management systems and handling HR inquiries
- Proficiency utilizing HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now) and Excel for reporting and analytics
- Prior work experience in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data analytics
- Familiarity with HR compliance and audit processes
- Experience in retail banking
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Benefits & Retirement Plan Administration: Monitor feeds, resolve discrepancies, and manage data requests
- HR Shared Services & Tier 1 Support: Provide HR support and escalate complex issues
- HRIS, Data Integrity & System Enhancements: Partner with IT and HRIS teams for system improvements
- Reporting, Analytics & Compliance: Generate reports and support data-driven decision-making
