Position Title: HR Shared Services - Operations Administrator

Pay Range: USD $29-30 an hour W2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:
1–3 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Payroll Support, Customer Service, or related administrative roles
Experience working with case management systems, HRIS platforms, or ticketing systems preferred
Knowledge of HR processes, policies, payroll support, and employee data management
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve employee inquiries while escalating complex matters appropriately
Experience collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Familiarity with invoice processing, shipping/logistics coordination, and mail handling is a plus
Experience creating or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
Respond to all inquiries via telephone and email, utilizing available tools and resources.
Track all issues in the case management system from initiation to resolution.
Problem-solve and seek guidance to respond to questions and inquiries effectively.
Work with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve questions relating to employee data and address issues arising from calls or email inquiries, in line with company policies and procedures.
Research and resolve first-tier questions regarding employee issues, escalating complex issues to Senior Team Management in a timely manner.
Manage HRSSC/Payroll mail (incoming and outgoing) and FedEx shipping.
Process invoices for HR vendors, as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departmental functionsPerform document management tasks, update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Guides (QRG)
Support staff training initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Follow established HR processes, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Adhere to scheduled work hours and maintain reliable attendance
Work collaboratively within the HR Shared Services team
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
