Advantageous to have 3+ years of HR operations experience, with strong hands-on experience supporting employee lifecycle processes such as offboarding/separations, transfers/job changes, employee data changes, HRIS transactions, and/or related HR operational workflows (Workday experience preferred); Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., workflow automation platforms, AI-based analytics, RPA, or LLM-powered tools) to improve HR processes or operational efficiency; Strong knowledge of Americas employment regulations and compliance requirements that affect HR operations workflows, including offboarding, final pay, benefits continuation, job/status changes, and employee data accuracy; Exceptional detail orientation, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to write policy documentation, draft internal communications, and articulate complex issues and proposed solutions; BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with AI/ML concepts and practical application in HR operations (e.g., predictive analytics for attrition, intelligent process mining, chatbot development); Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel advanced functions, SQL, Python, or BI tools) to extract insights and measure process improvements; Experience at a high-volume global technology company with complex, multi-entity HR operations requirements across offboarding, transfers/job changes, employee data changes, and HRIS administration; Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath), case management tools, or workflow automation platforms; Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
