We are seeking a proactive and organized HR / Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while supporting key Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will have 1 2 years of experience in HR administration and office management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized, professional work environment.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality.
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Support new hire orientation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events as needed.
  • Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and other departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 5 years of experience in HR, office administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processing and employment laws.
  • Experience supporting recruiting and employee onboarding.
