HR Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background, with at least 5 years of experience in a unionized environment, and a proven track record in employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

• Effectively manage grievances, support contract negotiations, and maintain positive union relations.
• Foster an inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and implementing development programs.
• Oversee HR functions such as payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
• Coach and mentor HR team members.
• Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
