LHH is partnering with a client in Winston-Salem searching for an HR Manager to join their team! Client is looking for a true HR Business Partner. This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 paying $95-100k with full benefits. Some travel will be required. HR experience supporting multiple sites/locations required to be eligible for this role. HR leadership experience within retail a plus. Bachelor's degree required!
Responsibilities:
Act as strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating with HR Directors and CPO
Act as point of contact for corporate and retail employees and provide support regarding employee relations issues and concerns
Provide training and development, discuss career paths, succession planning
Develop new performance management system and upscale current HRIS to improve efficiencies
Manage internal compliance and ensure organization meets regulations
Conduct performance reviews and manage staff
Travel to various sites to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
Must have multi-site HR leadership experience to be eligible for this role
HR leadership experience within retail environment a plus
Bachelor's degree required
Experience managing HR compliance processes
Strategic, collaborative and positive mindset
