Job Description- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment periods.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Assist with performance management and employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have: - A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
