Job Full Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions and support our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR policies and best practices
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Oversee performance management processes and employee development initiatives
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
Maintain HRIS systems and employee records
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-7+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is a plus
