Employees benefit from exposure to a truly global business environment with leadership visibility and opportunities for growth.Job DescriptionServe as the primary HR Manager for corporate and retail teams across the U.S. and Canada. Support multi-site retail operations through leadership coaching, store visits, and workforce planning initiatives. Partner with international HQ stakeholders to align global people strategies with local business needs. Manage complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and compliance initiatives. Advise leaders on performance management, organizational changes, restructuring, and corrective actions. Drive talent strategy initiatives, including succession planning, internal mobility, and leadership development. Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and elevate the candidate experience. Lead annual performance review, calibration, and merit planning processes. Monitor HR metrics including turnover, engagement, retention, and productivity to recommend action plans. Support onboarding, talent development, training initiatives, and organizational change management. Experience supporting multi-site retail environments; luxury or premium retail experience strongly preferred. Strong employee relations and employment law expertise across the U.S. and Canada. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate strategically within a fast-paced environment. Experience partnering with international stakeholders or global HQ teams preferred. Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. High level of professionalism, discretion, and business acumen.What's on OfferSalary: $125,000 - $150,000 base salary. Work Model: Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite.
