Job Responsibilities
• Directly or indirectly implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees • Develops and manages relationships with staffing agencies • Leads recruitment selection and offer extension for senior roles • Directly or indirectly oversees performance management practices • Manages the succession planning and talent management cycle • Monitors effectiveness of processes • Conduct Talent Reviews • Directly or indirectly oversee the development and administration of local and corporate training offerings • Monitor the effectiveness of training and development • Support development of senior roles • Responsible for managing all employee grievances and disciplinary processes • Could liaison with unions or works councils • Facilitate the annual merit review cycle ensure appropriate allocation of variable compensation • Liaison with group and corporate leadership compensation and benefit schemes • Lead direct evaluate and develop a team of HR staff
Qualifications
Education: University Degree or international equivalent Advanced Degree Preferred
Minimum Experience: Minimum Experience 6 to 8 Years
