All Roads Company, with 900+ employees across 45 locations in 12 states is searching for an onsite HR Manager to join our awesome team in Dundalk, MD. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be hands-on in many functional areas including...employee relations, OSHA, worker's comp, auto accidents, unemployment, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.  Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years prior experience as an HR Manager or Sr. Generalist, strong Excel skills and a PHR or SHRM-CP. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!

Compensation & Schedule
  • Onsite in Dundalk, MD with flexible start time (regular business hours)
  • $85,000-$100,000 based on experience
Responsibilities
  1. Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions and proactively finding solutions. UKG experience helpful.
  2. Ability to handle employee relations issues independently and efficiently. 
  3. Oversee automobile accidents and follow up as needed.
  4. Reports, maintains and monitors all workers’ compensation case files.
  5. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
  6. Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from the database.
  7. Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Education & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or other relevant education
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, 2+ as a manager
