The Plant Human Resources Manager will play a critical, high-visibility role at the site, serving as the primary HR partner to plant leadership and acting as the bridge between the production floor and executive team. The HR Manager will be deeply embedded in day-to-day operations - supporting a large hourly workforce, driving employee engagement, leading employee relations, and helping managers navigate performance, attendance, and retention challenges. The business is in an exciting phase - expanding production capacity, investing in new technologies, and scaling operations to meet increasing demand across retail and foodservice channels.As part of this growth, they're looking to add a high-impact Plant Human Resources Manager who can step in as a true business partner to operations, help strengthen the employee experience on the floor, and elevate HR practices across a large, hourly workforce. Day to day areas of focus include partnering closely with plant leadership to address workforce challenges, walking the floor daily to build relationships with frontline employees and supervisors, and coach and support managers on things like performance management. This position is five days a week on-site in Central Long Island.
