Seeking an experienced HR generalist for a manufacturing client in Falmouth, ME. The role involves supporting payroll operations, timesheet management, onboarding, and knowledge of ADA, EEO, FMLA, and FLSA. Responsibilities include assisting managers across multiple locations with performance management and employee coaching.
Ideal candidates have 4-5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of payroll systems (ADP, Factory Track), HRIS, and compliance with FMLA, disability, and OSHA. Experience hosting safety and management trainings is preferred. Nice-to-have skills include temp/FTE labor experience, workers' comp knowledge, and HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR).
