HR Manager

An established global manufacturer is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources activities for a growing site in Devens, MA. This role combines strategic HR business partnership with hands-on leadership, supporting site growth, workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Description

• Partner with site leadership to develop and implement workforce and people strategies
• Lead employee relations activities, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs
• Oversee HR compliance and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Support recruiting strategy and hiring plans while partnering with talent acquisition resources
• Leverage HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Facilitate leadership coaching, training, and professional development initiatives
• Lead HR support for organizational growth, transformation, and change management activities
• Collaborate with leadership to build a high-performing workforce

Profile

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• 3-5+ years of HR leadership or management experience
• Manufacturing, industrial, operations, or similar environment experience required
• Strong Employee Relations expertise
• Experienced in: Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Development
• Experience supporting growth, transformation, or scaling organizations
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Offer

• Base salary: $130,000 - $145,000
• Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Fully onsite leadership role in Devens, MA
