The HR Manager supports the HR Business Partner team and employees in employee engagement, HR programs, and processes throughout the organization.
Essential duties include guiding employees on HR policies, ensuring data integrity, assisting with employee relations, performance management, compliance, investigations, onboarding, offboarding, and supporting diversity initiatives.
Requires a 4-year degree or 5+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR. Skills include strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
