    Position Specific Description

    We are seeking a high-impact HR IT Solutions Manager to lead the design and delivery of technology-enabled solutions that support HR Services and modernize the employee experience.

    This role sits at the intersection of HR, IT, and digital transformation, partnering across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. The ideal candidate combines program leadership, business acumen, and technology fluency, with the ability to operate in environments involving sensitive employee data and regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities

    Lead HR Technology Solutions

    • Drive end-to-end delivery of HR IT initiatives-from problem definition through implementation and adoption
    • Translate HR business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions aligned to enterprise strategy

    Enable HR Services Transformation

    • Partner with HR Services to identify pain points and improve service delivery

    • Design solutions that enhance:

    • Case resolution speed

    • Employee and manager experience

    • Process consistency and efficiency

    • Expand self-service and automation capabilities

    Drive Systems Integration & Innovation

    • Work across HR platforms (e.g., HCM, ServiceNow, knowledge/case systems) to deliver integrated solutions
    • Support platform strategy, vendor decisions, and roadmap development
    • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities

    Ensure Data Privacy, Security & Compliance

    • Design solutions with strong data privacy, access controls, and compliance guardrails
    • Ensure proper handling of confidential HR data (e.g., pay, benefits, employee relations)
    • Partner with IT and security teams on testing, access validation, and risk management

    Deliver with Discipline

    • Lead agile delivery cycles, including requirements, testing, and deployment
    • Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and change management

    Ideal Experience:

    • Experience in HR, HR Services, or HRIT environments or other advanced technology systems/tools
    • Familiarity with enterprise HR systems (e.g., HCM platforms, ServiceNow, case/knowledge tools)
    • Ability to bridge business needs and technology solutions
    • Experience working with sensitive/confidential data and understanding of privacy and access controls
    • Strong program management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills
    • Experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation

    Job Overview

    This position establishes strategy, develops business plans, and oversees and manages the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs. Leaders in this role provide leadership and oversight to manage performance and results in one or more Information Technology (IT) disciplines. Individuals will be accountable for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems and supported business processes.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provides leadership, influence, vision, and direction to the organization to contribute to achieving the companys goals
    • Works with IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in alignment with business strategy
    • Oversees value stream by focusing on cost and risks of technology portfolio to meet business needs
    • Supports and fosters innovative technologies to deliver new ideas that enable business transformation
    • Ensures high levels of ongoing system and application performance in production environments
    • Oversees development of processes and tools to automate code releases from development to operations (DevOps)
    • Attracts, develops and retains a high-performing and diverse team
    • Establishes and drives technology roadmaps that align with current and future business needs
    • Manages third party technical and outsourcing relationships to deliver project and operational support objectives
    • Ensures technology processes are conducted in line with applicable standards and company policies
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Grad / GED
    • Bachelors or Equivalent Experience
    • Experience: 8+ years
    • Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
