Position Summary
The Human Resources Generalist supports Tulsa-based employees and remote field staff across multiple states. This role serves as a key resource for employee relations, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring consistent application of policies and a positive employee experience across both office and field environments.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Support & Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for HR support for office and remote employees
Provide guidance on policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and employment matters
Address employee relations concerns, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions
Partner with managers to reinforce expectations, accountability, and performance standards
Facilitate conflict resolution with practical, business-focused solutions
Compliance & Policy Administration
Ensure consistent application of policies across all work environments
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly in multi-state operations
Manage employee records and ensure accuracy within HR systems
Support audits and reporting requirements as needed
Talent Management & Workforce Support
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for office and remote employees
Ensure new hires are effectively integrated and aligned with organizational standards
Support performance management processes, including documentation and corrective actions
Assist with workforce planning, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes
Benefits & Payroll Coordination
Act as a liaison for employee benefits inquiries and enrollment processes
Partner with payroll to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate processing
Support leave administration, including FMLA and other applicable leave programs
Field Workforce Support
Maintain consistent communication with remote field employees
Provide HR support tailored to field operations, including travel, scheduling, and site-related needs
Reinforce organizational culture across geographically dispersed teams
Partner with operations leadership to identify workforce trends and mitigate retention risks
Additional Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
3–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role
Experience in ISO 9001 environments or structured quality management systems (preferred)
Working knowledge of employment law, payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to build trust across diverse teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
