Job Description
Reports to the Director of Human Resources. Responsible for day-to-day administration of human resources policies, procedures, practices, and programs as well as human resources consultancy covering areas such as employee relations, safety, change management, workforce planning, productivity analysis, compensation, benefits, HCM/HRIS data entry and maintenance, job descriptions, performance management, research, etc. Provides highest level of customer service to co-workers and departmental leaders as it relates to human resources activities. Works under limited supervision. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with OSUMC's mission, vision and C.A.R.E. values and Service Standards.
Qualifications
Associate's degree required (4 years of directly related job experience may be substituted for education); Bachelor's degree regarded favorably
1-3 years of directly related experience required
3-5 years of directly related experience regarded favorably
PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP regarded favorablyO
