About the Role We are seeking a versatile HR professional who can balance the responsibilities of an HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition for our San Marcos, California office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to wear multiple hats – from managing employee relations and HR compliance tosourcing candidates and coordinating the hiring process. This role will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department while also driving recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent. The HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with management in supporting employees. Must be trustworthy with company sensitive information, detail oriented, and a self-starter and have the ability to work under strict deadlines with varied conflicting priorities. This individual must practice high standards of professional ethics and personal integrity in the best interest of the company. This person reports to the Human Resources Manager. This position is Exempt, and performs duties on-site.
