HR Generalist

$60k + DOE

Monday – Friday, day shift

Seeking a versatile HR professional to join a growing organization in a key, high-impact role. Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to contribute to the company's success by fostering a positive and productive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.

As the HR Generalist, you will carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following areas: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and HR compliance.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage recruitment and new-hire orientation process.
  • Serve as first point of contact for inquiries and facilitate the resolution of workplace conflicts or grievances.
  • Administer employee benefit plans and coordinate training initiatives
  • Process payroll
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain accurate personnel files to support HR audits
  • System management: Update HR databases and provide administrative support for departmental projects.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.  
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.  
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60k + DOE
  • Full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k.
