HR Generalist

Join our team! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. This role will manage a broad range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, while helping foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Pay rate: $35-$45
Shift: 1st shift

Job Description:
  • Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management
  • Coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
