What You Will Be Doing:
(Includes, but not limited to)
Provide guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies and workplace issues
Support employee relations investigations and performance improvement plans
Partner with managers on onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews
Answer benefits and policy-related questions with clarity and care
Analyze HR metrics to support business decisions and compliance efforts
Other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
Strong working knowledge of HR functions including State Hiring Laws, Onboarding, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, FMLA, ADA
Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
