HR Generalist Details:
- Temporary position
- $ 22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Support recruitment efforts, background checks, and new hire onboarding processes
- Safeguard confidential information and assist with HR audits and compliance tasks
- Generate reports and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with HR team
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks, including documentation and employee communications
HR Generalist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of data entry or administrative experience, preferably in HR or an office setting
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and protect confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills; ability to work independently and on a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
