HR Generalist Details:

  • Temporary position
  • $ 22.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Support recruitment efforts, background checks, and new hire onboarding processes
  • Safeguard confidential information and assist with HR audits and compliance tasks
  • Generate reports and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with HR team
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks, including documentation and employee communications

HR Generalist Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of data entry or administrative experience, preferably in HR or an office setting
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and protect confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills; ability to work independently and on a team
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
