Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by development of effective recruitment strategies. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business, human resource management, administration, or other applicable degree program. Experience: Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience. One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable. Other: Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws Technical skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
