Job Title: HR Generalist Warehouse Operation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist with a background in warehouse operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in the field and a strong understanding of HR best practices, as well as a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for warehouse staff, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations
- Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation programs
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to warehouse staff
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to warehouse staff
- Coordinate and conduct training programs for warehouse employees on topics such as safety, compliance, and best practices
- Collaborate with warehouse management to address staffing needs and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained
- Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly as they relate to the warehouse industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
