    Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join its growing HR team based in Overland Park, KS. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders by providing day-to-day HR support across employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent employee service.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Serve as a primary HR contact, providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
    • Conduct employee relations investigations and support resolution of workplace issues.
    • Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, corrective action, and employee engagement.
    • Assist with leave administration, accommodations, and other employee support programs.
    • Support onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
    • Generate HR reports and assist with compliance and administrative processes.
    • Utilize HR technology and digital tools to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on HR initiatives and special projects.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 2 years of Human Resources experience.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and technology.
    • Strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
