Role Overview
The HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure consistent application of policies and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee relations, investigations, coaching, and performance management
- Assist with onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle processes
- Manage HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS data accuracy
- Support compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Facilitate employee feedback, engagement, and HR programs
- Partner with leaders on PIPs, corrective actions, and employee development
- Coordinate HR initiatives, training sessions, and internal events
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR experience (employee relations required)
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and balance empathy with policy
