Role Overview
The HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure consistent application of policies and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support employee relations, investigations, coaching, and performance management
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Manage HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS data accuracy
  • Support compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Facilitate employee feedback, engagement, and HR programs
  • Partner with leaders on PIPs, corrective actions, and employee development
  • Coordinate HR initiatives, training sessions, and internal events
Requirements
  • 2+ years of HR experience (employee relations required)
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and balance empathy with policy
