Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Call Center Support professional to provide exceptional support to employees by answering HR-related inquiries and managing cases through a case management system. This role supports the entire employee lifecycle by providing accurate information, directing employees to appropriate resources, and routing complex issues to specialized HR teams. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, hiring, and employment matters via phone.
  • Manage and document employee cases in Salesforce.
  • Utilize internal knowledge base articles (KBAs) to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Route complex HR cases to the appropriate specialized teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all employee interactions.
  • Handle approximately 20–25 inbound calls per day, with a focus on quality service and accurate case resolution.
  • Protect confidential employee information and maintain data privacy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of employee inquiries.
  • Participate in training and continuously learn new HR processes and systems.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and effectively manage conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate responses.
  • Ability to quickly locate and utilize internal resources to resolve employee inquiries.
  • Strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • General HR experience, including handling employee information and HR-related inquiries.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience.
  • Experience supporting employee benefits, hiring, or other HR-related processes.
