Support the people side of the business where it matters most. As an HR Generalist at ColonialWebb, you'll be the frontline resource for employees-owning onboarding, supporting employee experience, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly. This role is critical in delivering a consistent, responsive, and people-focused HR experience across the organization.

A Day in the Life

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, policies, and HR processes

  • Support onboarding activities including orientations, I-9 completion, system access, and day-one readiness

  • Maintain HR data integrity, audit records, and coordinate corrections across systems

  • Support employee engagement initiatives including surveys, events, and wellness programs

  • Handle first-level employee relations matters and escalate as needed

  • Conduct exit interviews, track trends, and share insights with HR leadership

  • Assist with training coordination and support execution of HR programs at the local level

You Should Have

  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role preferred
  • Exposure to onboarding, employee support, or HR data administration
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with HR and operations teams
