Our client is seeking a confident, hands-on HR Generalist who can advise leaders, support employees, and build consistent people practices that strengthen the organization as it continues to expand.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees, managers, and office leaders
- Manage employee relations matters, workplace accommodations, and sensitive conversations
- Guide managers through performance reviews, documentation, and improvement plans
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, candidate communication, and university outreach
- Draft employee announcements, HR communications, policies, and handbook updates
- Maintain UKG Ready employee data, records, PTO information, and HR reporting
- Administer employee programs and lead HR projects across multiple offices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to independently manage a broad HR function with sound judgment and discretion
- Working knowledge of FLSA, ADA, FMLA, and employment law fundamentals
- Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple locations
- Experience with UKG Ready or a comparable HRIS platform
- Experience in the AEC industry
