Overview
This individual would be responsible for all aspects of HR for a rapidly expanding company. You would serve as a key resource for both employees and leadership, ensuring HR policies are effectively implemented and aligned with business goals.
Pay Rate: $28/hour-$35/hour based on experience
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Essential functions
- Identify staffing and skill needs, create hiring timelines, consult on compensation budgets, and oversee performance review systems.
- Post job openings, source, screen and set up interviews for hiring managers within the organization. Handle onboarding for all offered candidates.
- Drive employee engagement overseeing training initiatives that keep the company competitive within the industry and aid in the professional growth of our employees.
- Maintain employment records using both a physical filing system as well as our HRMS. Maintain and update human resources documents, such as employee handbooks, and company policies.
- Recommend new approaches, build systems, policies and procedures allowing for continuous improvements in efficiency of the departments, while ensuring legal compliance.
- Help resolve employee conflicts.
