As the Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting Global Services & Support (GSS), you'll play a key role in advancing one of our most dynamic, customer-focused organizations. GSS is the premier services and support partner that empowers customers to accelerate scientific discovery and improve health outcomes. Spanning three divisions-GSD, BID, and CSD-within the Life Sciences, Diagnostics & Applied (LDA) sector, GSS is a $300M business that delivers innovative service solutions around the globe.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with business leaders to align talent, leadership, organizational capability, and culture with strategic priorities. Working across a global, matrixed environment, you'll help build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership pipelines, and guide organizational transformation that fuels growth and innovation.
Using workforce insights, digital capabilities, and AI-enabled analytics, you'll empower leaders to make data-driven decisions, improve organizational effectiveness, and build a future-ready workforce-all while advancing Thermo Fisher Scientific's Mission to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $174,600.00-$232,800.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
