The People Services Director oversees all HR functions within a medical center, focusing on developing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities include
- strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring legal compliance.
- They promote a positive workplace culture, monitor HR metrics, and support employee growth.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or HR, with SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of labor laws, proven HR strategy experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
This is an administrative, full-time role based in Kennewick, WA, with salary based on experience.
