Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data Analyst for a 6-month temporary assignment in The Woodlands. This role will support HR operations through data analysis, reporting, and system management, helping drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to support business and workforce decisions
- Maintain and manage HRIS systems, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Utilize Workday to extract, compile, and interpret HR metrics and insights
- Develop dashboards, presentations, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools
- Assist with budgeting and workforce planning processes
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify data trends and opportunities
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance reporting efficiency and workflow automation
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and support ad hoc data requests
Qualifications:
- Experience working with HRIS systems; Workday experience strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills in Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Knowledge of tools such as IBM Planning Analytics, Adaptive, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities
