We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join a collaborative and fast-paced team in West Palm Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety in their day and wants hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
This role is ideal for an HR Coordinator or early-career HR Generalist who enjoys supporting employees from hire to retirement. You'll gain exposure to recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, compliance, and employee relations while partnering closely with employees, managers, and leadership.

Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes
Prepare offer letters and support orientation and new hire training activities
Assist with payroll administration by reviewing and validating employee data and time records
Serve as a resource for employee questions related to benefits, policies, and HR programs
Support benefits enrollment, changes, and issue resolution
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews, candidate follow-up, and hiring coordination
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance efficiency
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed
2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or HR Generalist role
Experience supporting onboarding, benefits administration, recruiting, and payroll processes
Prior recruiting or talent acquisition coordination experience preferred
Working knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HR best practices
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Experience working in a growing, entrepreneurial, or lean organization
Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee record management
Experience supporting workplace drug and alcohol testing programs
Previous experience serving as a Designated Employer Representative (DER) or coordinating DOT/non-DOT drug and alcohol compliance programs is a plus
