The Human Resource Coordinator assists various areas of the HR Department with daily administrative tasks. Areas in HR include pre-boarding, new hire concierge, and other HR administrative support. Possess solid organizational and communication skills and has the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
*Position will be hybrid, working in the corporate office located in Orange, CA 4 days a week.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Provides administrative support to the HR Department in various functions. Functions may include any of the following: recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations and training.
2. In office HR mail management intake and completion.
3. Act as the primary contact for new hires and provide day one readiness
4. Review and complete new hire IT onboarding tickets.
5. Complete Verify Comply data base for all new hire screenings.
6. Helps organize employee and HR engagement activities, training sessions, and meetings.
7. Handles employee documentation such as applications, contracts, bonuses, performance reviews, leaves of absence and benefits information.
8. Responsible for coordinating all new hire welcome emails, New Hire Orientation, meet and greet with hiring managers
9. Partner with internal team members to ensure all onboarding documents are completed to include: screening status, new hire documents for I-9, pre-hire requirements
10. Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $44,790.00 - $67,185.00
Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
