Summary:

  • Location: US-Santa Ana
  • Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR inquiries, directing questions appropriately and escalating issues to the HR Manager as needed
  • Support the execution of HR policies, programs, and initiatives, including onboarding, employee data changes, and training coordination
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation scheduling, system access requests, and onboarding checklists
  • Assist with recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, requisition tracking, and preemployment process support
  • Support employee lifecycle events such as job changes, leaves of absence, transfers, and terminations, in partnership with HR Services and the HR Manager
  • Prepare routine HR reports, trackers, and documentation to support sitelevel reporting and workforce needs
  • Support coordination of employee relations activities by documenting information, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials as directed by the HR Manager
  • Partner with HR Services and other shared services teams to ensure smooth processing of transactional HR activities
  • Provide administrative support for engagement, training, and culture initiatives at the site
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive employee information at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in human resources, HR administration, or a related administrative role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Skills:

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR administrative role
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or fastpaced operations environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee data management
  • Experience coordinating recruiting or onboarding processes
