HR Coordinator
This is a hands-on operational HR role. You will own the day-to-day execution of benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and HR systems work. The right person enjoys getting the details right, takes ownership of recurring deliverables without needing to be chased, and is comfortable working in a small, lean HR team where you do the work yourself rather than delegate it.
This is not a strategy or culture-focused role. About 80 percent of the work is execution and recurring operations. If you are looking for a primarily project-based or advisory role, this is not the right fit.
This position is office based.

How will you get here?
- 3+ years of hands-on HR experience where you personally performed benefits administration, invoice auditing, onboarding, and compliance tasks.
- Direct experience with Rippling and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Working knowledge of federal and California employment law including OSHA recordkeeping and workplace safety compliance, leave administration (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA), I-9 compliance, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated attention to detail. Ability to manage recurring deadlines without prompting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a small to mid-size company where HR is a team of two to four people.
- Experience supporting training records and documentation under ISO 9001 or similar quality management certification.
- Experience supporting finance or payroll processes.

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 USD Individual offers are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This range does not include bonus compensation or benefits, which are outlined during the offer process.
