$55,000 - $68,000
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
This role will support the Recycling Business, including 7 plants across the United States, our Memphis office employees and other employees in statewide positions.
Secure and maintain employee records, data files and official paper copies in accordance with the records retention policy
Processes new hire and internal employee transactions to include transfer, promotion, and termination transactions in HRIS system,
Manage leave of absence process while working with Employee, HR Business Partner/Manager, Manager, Employee Service Center, Sedgwick, and any other escalation representatives
Prepare reports, including headcount report, termination report, new hire reports, and others as requested.
Screen hourly job applications and assist site leadership in selection of hourly employees.
Is responsible for coordinating pre-employment activities such as offer letter dispersal in AdobeSign, background checks and drug testing in Sterling Information Systems
Supports plants with NAID audits, by running additional background checks and drug screenings.
Serves as liaison to Employee Service Center for payroll and benefits issues and work through to a resolution
Monitor and prepare organization updates and charts as needed and monthly for the support of organization charts.
Partner with Plant leadership and HR Business Partners for accurate attendance records, including LOAs and state sick time.
Provide miscellaneous administrative team support duties as needed.

Oracle Experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and Microsoft Outlook)
High school education or greater. Bachelor's degree required for further advancement.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures preferred
Strong analytical capability, with ability to identify irregularities in data and proactively address
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities from multiple groups/leaders and deliver results for established deadlines
