EIT is a Contract Manufacturer specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services and serves customers in the sectors of Industry, Communications, Aerospace, Defense and Healthcare.
Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator is a dynamic and fast paced position with dual functions in Human Resources and as a Reception Specialist. The HR Coordinator assists the Human Resources Manager with the implementation of Human Resources and Company policies and procedures. The Reception Specialist’ focus is creating a positive and professional impression on all who enter the facility. This is an exciting opportunity for someone new to HR who wants growth and development.
HR Functions:
- Maintain files and records, onboarding and offboarding, assist with payroll
- Assist in managing employee relations
- Recruiting new talent for the organization
- Provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Manager
- Other duties as needed
Reception Specialist Functions:
- Welcome all guest
- Coordinate all employee recognition and office events
- Coordinate office supplies
- Provides administrative and operational support to CEO/President
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1 – 2 years professional experience in related field
- Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
- Demonstrates an elevated level of judgment and discretion
- Self-starter, with a "let's get things done" attitude
- Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense
- Must act in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
- Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment
9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off
