Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the point of contact for employee and student inquiries at our HR Service Center. You will play a key role in onboarding new hires, ensuring HR data accuracy, and providing support on HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience or equivalent skills.
• Proficiency in Workday, Excel, and Google Suite.
• Strong customer service skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

Preferences

• Spanish speaking ability is a plus.
• Experience in a higher education or union environment.
• Bilingual skills.
