Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Kendall (Miami), FL – In Person
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: $23-25.00/per hour
Position Snapshot
The HR Coordinator will provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department
Maintain accurate employee records, including filing and scanning documents into internal systems
Assist with document management and ensure accuracy in data entry
Support HR processes while maintaining strict confidentiality
Communicate effectively with employees and internal stakeholders
Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma, or GED, (some college preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of Clerical Experience, Preferably within Human Resources
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to file, scan, and manage documents accurately within electronic systems
Superior attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong document management and scanning accuracy
