What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting employees across multiple locations with day-to-day HR needs
- Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
- Managing background checks and onboarding compliance
- Handling I-9s and immigration documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for store-level HR support
- Keeping processes organized, compliant, and running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of solid, hands-on HR experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation
- Ability to work independently and step up when needed
- Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable supporting a distributed workforce
