    Job Summary:
    Provide support across Human Resources department functions including onboarding & offboarding, recruitment, employee data and file management, benefits administration and general departmental support.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities (not restrictive):
    • Provide timely, professional customer service to employees, managers and the Human Resources Department
    • Provide front-line HR support by responding to basic employee inquiries
    • Assist with full-cycle recruitment of assigned requisitions including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and increasing the pipeline of talent
    • Coordinate with staffing agencies for temporary positions
    • Coordinate and track pre-employment activities including paperwork, and drug screening
    • Coordinate and execute logistics of new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires, including room set-up, new hire paperwork and facilitation, and training coordination
    • Coordinate offboarding with employees inclusive of communications, and exit interviews as needed
    • Provide administrative support for employee records, HRIS data entry, and compliance documentation supporting employee lifecycle transitions including onboarding, personnel changes, and separations
    • Assist with benefit administration data entry and tracking
    • Assist tracking a variety compliance efforts, including trainings
    • Support HR programs including employee recognition initiatives, and special projects across the Human Resources department
    • Manage ongoing administrative projects and requests

    Qualification & Experience Requirements:
    • Associates or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred
    • Two years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent
    • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish
    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
    • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and writing
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Excellent time management and scheduling skills

    Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
     
    Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
