The Fountain Group is currently seeking a HR Coordinator (Benefits Analyst) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Tampa, FL 33637. Details for the position are as follows:
Pay Rate : $36 Hourly on W2 - ONSITE
Title : HR Coordinator (Benefits Analyst)
Duration : 6+ Months assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of employee benefit plans and terminology or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in doing Mail Merges with Microsoft Word a plus
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) preferred
- Preferred (Optional)
- Exposure to benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA)
- Customer service orientation with a focus on employee support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Team collaboration and adaptability
