The Hanover is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to play a key role in delivering a high-quality, employee-focused benefits experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure the seamless administration of our benefit programs while supporting the design, planning, and ongoing enhancement of our offerings.
You will serve as a trusted resource, providing benefit plan interpretation, guidance, and counsel to Human Resources, employees, and managers. This position requires strong analytical and consulting skills, along with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights that drive effective decision-making and exceptional employee support.
Success in this role requires a high level of attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Benefits Analyst works closely with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution of benefit plan administration. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and planning of the benefits programs at the Hanover. This role is responsible for providing benefit plan interpretation, guidance, and counsel to others in Human Resources, employees, and managers. This role utilizes strong analytical and consulting skills to deliver high quality benefits support.
This is a full-time, exempt role.
